Cut your natural nails short
Remove any nail polish from natural nails
Push cuticles back
Use the cuticle pusher to push the cuticles back and remove any dead skin along the way
Buff your nails
Buff your nails with the buffer for better adhesion
File and buff more
Use the nail file to file your nails and buff them more
Clean with alcohol swab
Use an alcohol swab to wipe off your natural nail beds (acts as dehydrator for better adhesion + cleans your nail off debris)
File the back of press-ons
File the back of the press on nails to make them a little rough (increases surface area for adhesion)
Apply at 45° angle
Place the nail at a 45 degree angle near the cuticle and press it down slowly and hold it for 15-20 seconds
Sticky Tabs Instructions
- Use the right sized tab by placing the strip over your nail and choosing the same size as your natural nail.
- Place it 1mm away from the cuticle. While placing the nail, push the sticky tab towards the cuticle while placing it at a 45 degree angle.
- Pro Tip: Use a hair dryer on your nails after sticking all the nails. The heat melts the glue in the tabs and helps adhere properly.
Nail Glue Instructions
- Use 2 drops for the thumb and 1 for the rest.
- Try doing this process right before bed as it gives them an uninterrupted time of 7-8 hours with no contact to water.
Important Information
Your beautiful press ons can be stuck by using either Nail glue (lasts 2-3 weeks) or Sticky tabs (lasts 1-2 days).
The most important thing for press on nails is proper nail preparation. Follow the steps above carefully.

Take warm water and mix some soap and oil in it. Dip hands for 5 minutes. Then use the cuticle pusher to push out the nails slowly from the edges. Same procedure applies for either sticky tabs or nail glue.
